the compilation of the 2.1.18 & 2.1.19 fails when i "make zImage":

...
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2
-fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strength-reduce -pipe -m486 -malign-loops=2
-malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -DCPU=586 -DMODVERSIONS
-DEXPORT_SYMTAB -c ksyms.c
In file included from /usr/src/linux/include/linux/module.h:15,
from ksyms.c:12:
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h:7: linux/modules/*.ver: No
such file or directory
make[2]: *** [ksyms.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make[1]: *** [first_rule] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make: *** [linuxsubdirs] Error 2

I have enabled CONFIG_MODVERSION.

If i don't enable this i get a rid of Unresolved Symbols when i make
"depmod -a"

Since I'm not on the mailing list, I don't know if the problem is
already resolved... so don't hate me!
