OFFTOPIC: Pentium 4MB pages in PPro/AMD/Cyrix?

Being a supporter of the clones, and being unable to code a test case
right now, I ask the gurus: Is this 4MB page stuff part of Intel's
infamous "Appendix H"? Is it supported on the PPro/Cyrix 6x86/AMD
K{5,6}? Does Intel guarantee support of it in future? WAY OFFTOPIC: Just
read Andy Grove's (prez & CEO Intel) "Only the Paranoid Survive". Good
book.
