cron: /usr/lib/atrun (fwd)

I've been getting the following messages on and off for a couple of days
now. Usually every 4 or 5 hours... I understand there meaning, but the
libraries are there, and intact, I've only been on once when the error
occured, I stopped all of my backround processes, (had about 4), just fg,
then quit, and it worked again, I figure it has something to do with that?
This has never happened with any other kernel, I'm running 2.1.20, with
the newest gcc, libc, and binutils, etc... (I think anyway.) The message
is below. :) Thanks.
