Compilation problems with 2.1.20, MODULE_PARM macro

Several files are having compilation problems with the MODULE_PARM
macro. Unfortunately, I have no idea what it does or how it works, so
I can't diagnose it. Could someone who understands it take at look at
these?

- drivers/net/de600.c:92: MODULE_PARM call gives compile errors.
- drivers/cdrom/sjcd.c:109: MODULE_PARM macro giving trouble.
- drivers/cdrom/isp16.c:65-68: MODULE_PARM macro giving trouble.
