2.1.21 Patches

I've uploaded 2.1.21-patch1.gz onto shadow.cabi.net. This fixes almost all
of the small compile moans and adds a few updates people have sent me. It's
also got the execve fixed (crash at boot for some people) and unlike 2.1.21
compiles correctly if you don't have modules enabled. Whether it works with
modules I don't yet know.

If folks can give that a test and give me some feedback I can knock most of
the other funnies out of it before sending it on to Linus.
