modutils-970118 problem

Since, 970118, my OOPSes are gone in 2.1.21
BUT I have this problem:

Module Size Used by
sr_mod 11668 0 (autoclean) (unused)
cdrom 4524 0 (autoclean) [sr_mod]
isofs 18192 0 (autoclean) (unused)

This occurs because my rc scripts attempt to mount a cdrom and there isn't
even one connected [right now] so the mount fails.

I'm surprised the used count on cdrom isn't at least one. And why don't
sr_mod and isofs get unloaded? Is it because the mount failed?

If I rmmod sr_mod, then cdrom disappears later but isofs remains.

I tried unmounting my ramdisk and the minix and rd modules got removed
properly. This makes me suspect it's the failed mount that is the problem.
And of course, those 0's look suspect.
