Hi Gurus!
Here's one error I get when compiling 2.1.23, both with and without
the patches that were posted on this list :

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -fno-strength-reduce -m486 -malign-loops=2 -malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -DCPU=586 -c -o rtc.o rtc.c
rtc.c: In function `rtc_poll':
rtc.c:498: `POLLIN' undeclared (first use this function)
rtc.c:498: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
rtc.c:498: for each function it appears in.)
rtc.c:498: `POLLRDNORM' undeclared (first use this function)
make[3]: *** [rtc.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers/char'
make[2]: *** [first_rule] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers/char'
make[1]: *** [sub_dirs] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers'
make: *** [linuxsubdirs] Error 2

RTC is not vital for me so I'm going to remove it, but I thought that
the problem is worth mentioning :-)

Pf
