The following files don't compile for me in 2.1.23:

- drivers/char/rtc.c solved with #include <linux/poll.h>
- drivers/char/apm_bios.c " " " "
- drivers/net/de600.c removed from .config
- drivers/net/strip.c " " "
- drivers/net/mkiss.c " " "
- drivers/net/wic.c " " "
- drivers/cdrom/isp16.c " " "
- /drivers/cdrom/sjcd.c " " "

Sound appeared to be totally broken, so I removed it:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -fno-strength-reduce -m486 -malign-loops=2 -malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -DCPU=586 -c -o ad1848.o ad1848.c
In file included from sound_config.h:152,
from ad1848.c:29:
sound_calls.h:21: parse error before `select_table'
sound_calls.h:21: warning: function declaration isn't a prototype
[...]
make[2]: *** [ad1848.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers/sound'
make[1]: *** [sub_dirs] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/drivers'

Time for some bugfixes, I think :-)
