Greetings and Salutations,

I recall seeing this problem on the list previoiusly but have
pruined my linuxkernel mail export list (a bit too much), I am having
problems compiling as the _set_ver macro (ksyms.c) does not like multiple
options... e.g.:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2
-fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -fno-strength-reduce -m486 -malign-loops=2
-malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -DCPU=586 -DEXPORT_SYMTAB -c ksyms.c
In file included from /usr/src/linux/include/linux/net.h:23,
from /usr/src/linux/include/linux/fs.h:15,
from ksyms.c:15:
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/socket.h:211: macro `_set_ver' used with too
many (2) args
.....

Much Obliged,

Neptho T
