Trying to startx with 2.1.24p2 as a normal user on my debian system, i got
unix socket error, permission denied, while starting x as root is fine.
Actually, the Xserver (which is 0755 on debian) start fine, but the window
manager cannot connect, while it can with 2.0.28. Bug or feature ?
(the window manager is afterstep).
