NO! This is the kernel ABI! Look at sigprocmask(2). Negative signal
numbers as well as numbers bigger than sizeof(sigset_t)*CHAR_BITS are not
possible. If you change the size of sigset_t you must change the
sigprocmask and sigaction syscalls.
