Any X wizards? Sorry wrong service...BUT I can't get any response from
the XFree people.

Bought a new Stealth 2000 3D . It has an S-3 chip on it, #86C325.
The latest version of XFree86 (that I could find) refuses to recognize it.

XFree86 Version 3.1.2 / X Window System
(protocol Version 11, revision 0, vendor release 6000)
Operating System: Linux
Configured drivers:
S3: accelerated server for S3 graphics adaptors (Patchlevel 0)
mmio_928, s3_generic
(using VT number 7)

XF86Config: /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XF86Config
(**) stands for supplied, (--) stands for probed/default values
(**) Mouse: type: MouseSystems, device: /dev/mouse, baudrate: 1200

(--) S3: Unknown S3 chipset: chip_id = 0x31e1 rev. 61

*** None of the configured devices were detected.***

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
Dick Johnson
