Yeah, sunsite recently changed most of their capitals to lowercase for some
reason....

Actually, I'm removing that section from the Changes file. My notes indicate
that the 2.1.x kernels fail to reboot properly with any sysvinit before 2.69.
That seems to be wrong, as I just tried 2.64 on a system here and it worked
fine. Please email me if you know of a reason a newer sysvinit is required
for the 2.1.x kernels.
