IBM MCA SCSI driver update

Hello,

I updated the IBMMCA driver.
* It now runs as a module
* It (theoretically) supports up to 8 host adapters. This is
COMPLETELY untested. Please tell me whether it works.

The patch is against 2.1.28 and can be obtained from
http://asterix.nt.tuwien.ac.at/~oe1kib/Linux/MCA/ .
