It works pretty well, except for random lockups (usually under high
load).. It probably has to do with certain types of packets it doesn't
like to transmit. I know Intel released a revised driver for Windoze to
fix this problem, and Donald would probably be able to fix it too if he
had more testers to help him track down the problem.. But unfortunately
(fortunately?) I managed to get ahold of another card (3c905) which has
been running prettly stable for me. Eepro100 does something funky with
SLOWDOWNIO which I could never understand, and for some reason because of
this it breaks under 2.1.x (but 2.0.x seems to work).. Any ideas?
Where I work almost everyone has this card, and if it was a little
bit more stable, linux would spread like wildfire :)
