yes, I think I found it (before your post, in my easter
holidays). (The patch is against 2.0.29)
The patch is already sent to the maintainer of the isdn subsystem.

I tested it, and it indeed solved the problem.

(I did run my isdn load/unload script in a loop on 2.0.29,
which caused problems after a while. Then I patched
2.0.29 with your patch - after which even after 15 minutes
of loading/unloading no problem occured).
