The following code:
main() { for(;;) ; }
... when executed once, shows about 60-70% user CPU usage using top.
... when executed twice, shows about 120-150% user CPU usage using top.
... when executed thrice, halts top, but allows a reboot using ctl-alt-del.
If top is executed as `top -q`, it executes, showing 199% CPU usage.
However, one can't ^C out of any of the CPU hogs. If I quit 'top', the
^Cs become effective and I am able to regain control.
