I got these errors copying a CD-ROM to HD. Can anybody help me to
interpret if they mean that the copied data now on the HD contains errors,
or if the below messages simply means that error correction code needed to
correct errors?

The CD-DRIVE, in a friends PC, is SCSI. He mumbled something about not
having the correct interface or something, so device-driver-writers:
