scsi as a module [2.1.32]

As of 2.1.32, scsi does not work if compiled completely as a module. I have
a parallel port zip drive as my only scsi device, so I have the whole thing
modularized. 'insmod scsi_mod' gives this error:

/lib/modules/2.1.32/scsi/scsi_mod.o: unresolved symbol local_irq_count

Sorry if this has already been reported, but I didn't see it.
