There was a fix done to 2.0.30 that fixed the TCP pause bugs
nicely. Now with 2.1.33 the problem came back with vengeance.

Could the 2.0.X changes be incorporated into 2.1.X? 2.1.X is
lagging behind <G>.

2.1.34 will see these fixes most likely, Eric has merged most of the
slowdown fixes done for 2.0.x into the 2.1.x tree.
