After many success reports (and several bug reports) from lots of people on
the list, I've finished my rewrite of the i386 kernel image building process
and small MM fixes allowing the init code to be freed later. News:
(1) Should compile with SMP
(2) Better reporting of "Memory: xxx/yyy (...)"
(3) Better (I hope) processing of debug information
