ICMP and ARP warnings/errors

I'm getting some new warnings/errors from the newer kernels:

137.134.255.255 sent an invalid ICMP error to a broadcast.
arp_send_q called from SPL=0
arp_send_q called from SPL=0
arp_send_q called from SPL=0

The 'invalid ICMP' error has been present from 2.1.30. The
other arp 'SPL=0' ones are new to 2.1.34.
