In short by downloading non-exportable crypto from .ca you are bound -
and this is Canadian law - to the US laws about crypto. This is based
on contracts between the US and Canada which essential make these US
laws Canadian laws as far a crypto exported from the US is affected.
There are similar agreements between the US and other countries.
