MSDN does not, and has never included the source code to NT itself. I
should know. When I was developing OCXs for NT (gack!) at my last job, I
had access to MSDN subscriptions.
Yes, you got the various builds of NT (all the foreign language ones) and
a lot of useless crap, but absolutely no source code to the OS.
