sorry, but that's no good attitude for supporting and spreading Linux!
what if they buy new hardware and need new drivers etc. ?
what if they have to upgrade to fix security holes, support new features
for other (commercial or not) software ?
IMHO "they don't need to..." is never a good answer from any support team
if you'd like to stay in business !
