2.1.38 Swap Problem

Below is a dump of my /proc/meminfo. It shows that there is 120MB of SwapFree,
yet if I start a "vi" session at this point I am not able to start any more
processes because fork is failing due to an out of memory condition. (I am
upgading to 2.1.39 in an hour or two and I will see if the problem continues.)
