Hi

Just lookedd at the FDDI patch you included and it looks very much
like the early beta version I mailed you some time ago ;-) I still
contains some test code of mine which should be removed and Larry
Steffani made me aware that the EISA boards with the old DMA engine
require the buffers to be 128 byte aligned, so this patch will
probably not work on these boards.

I will try to clean up the patch soon (if I could just get FDDI
working under 2.1.x, anyone?) and post an updated version.

Linus, I think it would be better if you wait until I post a new
version of the FDDI patch before you apply it.
