When will it come out? And where could I find a pre-patch?

I'm waiting for this kernel. Currently I'm using 2.0.30 for our firewall to
be able to masquerade Windows traceroute packages. But I also like to use
transproxy which fails to work correctly on 2.0.30. I hope it'll be fine
under 2.0.31.
