This would be ok, but it doesn't scale. I want to blackhole all the
*sex*.com web sites from folks sucking bandwidth at work for example,
you'll have a few thousand to add real quick.. it's much easier to force
people to go through a proxy and filter it out there. caching proxies
are good things, and conserve bandwidth anyways. It doesn't make sense
to do why you're doing in a large scale environment.
