I have networking problems with a PC running version 2.0.27 of the linux
kernal. The display of the telnet session to another linux PC takes a long
time to update. If I do a netstat on both machines, the one with the
problem tells me the receive queue is empty, while the one without the
problem said the send queue has about 1600 bytes in. Is the network card
(some old 3 com card) broken or what ?
