Grab authors/id/TOMC/scripts/striphtml.gz from your nearest perl CPAN
site, gunzip it. Unpack the KHG tar ball. cd khg top level directory.
find . -name '*html' | xargs striphtml | lpr
Looks horrible without the links and headings but if that is what you
want ...
