Well... I gues it's a good idea to mention in the kernel's ChangeLog
the fixed bugs' numbers (PS's in gnats slang)

I think it's woth to have just links to www.linuxhq.com Let *them*
collect the patches (they have a working framework) and *you* will
just deal with the bugs database.
