ioperm() : what to include?

Greetings,

This is trivial, but, what must I include or define to get a
warning-less compile when using the ioperm() function? I'm including
unistd.h, but I get an "implicit declaration" warning unless I #define
_BSD_SOURCE or _SYSV_SOURCE. Thanks for any help. :)
