UTIME v1.4 works on SMP

Hi Everyone,
UTIME (Microsecond Resolution Timers for Linux) v1.4 is out.
you can obtain the patch at http://hegel.ittc.ukans.edu/projects/utime/

This version fixes a few bugs:
1) UTIME now works on SMP machines
2) nanosleep now works properly

Please try to test this patch and let me know if there are any other
bugs.
