The problem with this pre-patch is that features already in pre
2.0.31-2 are missing. I have a package out for Debian (DHCPD)
building on those features (SO_BINDTODEVICE).
This is a kind of unexpected turn of things. I will retract that
software if the SO_BINDTODEVICE patch is not making it.
