kernel projects to finish glibc

Hi,

I've made available as

http://i44www.info.uni-karlsruhe.de/~drepper/cyg.html

a small list of task for kernel hackers. This is all needed to finish
the libc. The needed libc support is almost finished, we now need the
kernel changes.

If you have time and now about the kernel internals, take a look and
start working on it.
