Ok guys, I've checked termination. There was a problem with termination
on my CDROM, but I've corrected that, and even disconnected it, and still
having the same problem. Possibly it is a problem with the driver?

What changed in this version, from the stock 2.0.30 version, that could
have made this difference?

What else can I try to fix this? I've enabled termination on each
of the two internal drives, and tried both 'automatic' and low-off/high-on
termination on the controller.

I've set the controller back to defaults, and checked each parameter on
each of the drives for something I've missed.

Any ideas?
