aic7xxx driver probs

For those people out there still having problems with the aic7xxx driver
and abort/reset conditions, the second version of my abort/reset cleanup
patch is now available. This version should have a more or less fully
functional abort/reset code path. I have all of the original code
creation done, as well as about 20 hours of testing on this code so far.
It already seems to handle situations much better than the old code, and
I'm still not entirely done with it. Those people who grabbed my first
version of this patch should definitely upgrade to this version.

The patch is made against 2.0.31-pre-6, and really shouldn't be used with
kernels less than that (it relys somewhat upon the spin lock added to the
driver in 2.0.31-pre-6). Personally, I also use the buffer patch that
Gadi Oxman posted to the list (you can find that patch along side the
aic7xxx patch). The patch site is the same as before:

ftp.dialnet.net:/pub/linux/aic7xxx/aic7xxx-abort-MMMdd.patch (in this case
Aug17 is the latest).
