Firewalling

I can pretty much confirm that anything having to do with firewalling
on my SMP machine (with both firewalling and accounting options enabled),
fails with "protocol not available" from any setsockopt() function call.
This is kernel version 2.1.50. It all worked fine on the previous version
with the exact same compile options.
