[pgcc/kernel] File under "gee whiz"

I don't know what difference it makes yet, but the latest snapshots of the pgcc
seem to have direct AMD k5 and K6 support.

Both of those seem to work.. not sure if it makes different code yet or not.
Compiling 2.1.51 with that to see if there is a difference.
