I don't think so. I bought my K6-200 Friday and have it on
a VX MB with 64Meg EDO. Mine's a 2.9v core version and stays
nice and cool under Linux (I tried Win95 and nearly burnt my
finger on the heatsink !)

It's been rock solid all weekend whilst I've been compiling
and it also goes like slippery stuff off a stainless shovel !
