I'm not sure what version of driver you're using, but you might want to check
out the most recent one at:
http://www.desy.de:8888/~sieversm/boomerang.html (v0.42o -- this fixes some
problems from the original 0.42 on Donald Becker's site:
http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/drivers/vortex.html).
There's also a mailing list mentioned on Donald's site.
