alternate NFS server mount patch

Hi. I have a kernel patch and a "mount" program patch that allows
mounting of NFS servers that are not running at the standard NFS RPC
program number and/or RPC program version. I did this so I can mount
standard NFS servers in addition to an alternate NFS server that I
wrote to access my tape drive. I.e., so I can have more than one NFS
server on my machine.

My question is, who do I send these patches to so the world can use
them? A patch is required to both the kernel and the "mount" binary.
