poll_wait et. al.

Can somebody tell me how to use the poll_wait call within a device
driver? I have a device that supported select in 2.0 kernels and I'm
trying to port it to 2.1, but this has me stumped. The poll driver entry
point escapes me at the moment.

For that matter, if anybody wants to contribute relevent man pages, there
is a collection of man9 pages at <http://www.muppetlabs.com/~kirk/man9/>.
