FAT32 and Joliet support for 2.1.56

I've updated the combination FAT32/Joliet patch to kernel 2.1.56. The
patch and information can be found at

I'm going to make an attempt to get this in the kernel when I'm convinced
I didn't introduce any problems in the update, so please let me know of
