CVS Snapshot: PIM and other goodies

1) Numerous PPP updates (Paul Mackerras).

2) Fixup AT_* elf macros to match those in GLIBC, so latest GLIBC
should work with these kernels now (me).

3) Numerous math-emu updates on sparc64 (Jakub).

4) Add infrastructure on sparc64/PCI for working ATI/MACH64 X
server (Eddie).

5) PIM support and several networking bug fixes (Alexey). Note
see the changelog entries for these changes by him to see where
the experimental PIM daemon can be obtained.

6) Merge in of David Woodhouse's port of Elliot Poger's
SO_BINDTODEVICE support (me).

7) Merge in latest lockd/sunrpc fixes from Bill Hawes (me).

I know there are a decent of bugs still pending, as far as I know all
of which are being actively worked on or at least looked at. So
please be patient, but of course continue to keep the reports coming
in.
