Dear Kernel hackers,
it's mostly a cosmetic change, but I've unified all the stuff
from the various asm-*/byteorder.h, so that all the common code
would be shared, and only truely architecture-specific parts be
in asm-*/byteorder.h proper (which become *small*).
This also separates "normal"/default code from configuration
and optimization, and should make porting/debugging easier in
this small respect.
As Linus asked me, I replaced the unique linux/byteorder.h from
previous versions by linux/byteorder_{generic,{little,big}_endian}.h
