I get the same thing. Quota seems badly broken in 2.1.60 (as opposed to
2.1.5[89] where a minor patch would fix it). I don't even know where to
start looking for this one.

Fair enough. If you need quotas then you need something other than
2.1.60.

It's up to you (and others). I'm happy to spend my spare time doing
minor hacking on device drivers for hardware I don't own if someone else
will test it...
