Strange directory entries

Hi all. I am using 2.0.31, and am receiving some strange directory
entries, and wondered if someone could tell me how this happened, and what
to do about it.

# /bin/ls -la File*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 118430 Oct 28 21:23 FileRunner-2.4.tgz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 109205 Oct 28 21:41 FileRunner_2.3.tgz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 118430 Oct 28 20:43 FileRunner_2.4.tgz

# /bin/ls -lGai File*
30658 -rw-r--r-- 1 root 118430 Oct 28 21:23 FileRunner-2.4.tgz
30659 -rw-r--r-- 1 root 109205 Oct 28 21:41 FileRunner_2.3.tgz
30657 -rw-r--r-- 1 root 118430 Oct 28 20:43 FileRunner_2.4.tgz

Did I do something wrong here? Or is there a problem?
