SO_BINDTODEVICE and dhcpd - howto?

SO_BINDTODEVICE is a socket option in socket.h which allows dhcpd to
bind to more than one device at a time.

However, when I run dhcpd it gives me an error trying to set this
option and exits. Is there anything special that I need to do to
allow SO_BINDTODEVICE to work? I enabled all of the TCP/IP options
that I could think of, like forwarding, gatewaying, multicasting, etc,
but with no luck. It gives me this option no matter how many
interfaces it tries to bind to...
